Pen Name Change

Short entry: I've changed my pen name.

Katie Koulos, K.T. Koulos. I like the second :D easier to sign if I ever have to practice autographs, which I've never done before :D

Rewriting. yay?

So, quite some time ago, I started rewriting my book. The prologue alone is much better than the original. I have time today, I think I'm gonna work on that or this short story I felt like writing. I may start a blog with just short stories, not sure though. I don't write that many of them. I may as well start one, and just keep it there. BTW, if you know anyone who is interested in this kinda stuff, please pass on my blog!! The more readers the better!!

Wow...(#2?)

wow...I just read the most useful thing in ages for writing on Nathan Bransford's blog. Every time I look at it, I have to kick myself and remind myself that I have to rewrite my entire book because my entire book is horrible compared to what it COULD be. It's going to take me forever to fix the whole book well enough to get it published...in the mean time, I think I may start a NEW one. I promised myself I wouldn't ditch that book, and I totally am NOT ditching it, but still...

No, I won't start a new one. I can probably go get my printed copy and edit the whole thing a LOT better now. (or I can read the blog and remind myself how to write my book way better then edit it a LOT tonight...)-sigh- I wonder if I'll get a full night's sleep tonight.

Huh...I just realized that I haven't been on here in forever. Anyway, still nothin new. I'm STILL editing it...-yawn- This is the WORST part of writing. But ya know what? I'm willing to live with that boring part. Writing is still fun.
